Do exhibitors have to live in Pierce County?
Yes. Exhibitors must reside in Pierce County, Washington. The final rules also explain age divisions, species eligibility, and other participation requirements.

Are educational posters required?
Educational posters are encouraged, but not required. Posters for the 2027 sale are due July 24.
Can I use the 2026 guides for my 2027 project?
Use them only for background. Requirements can change, so the final 2027 guide and rules should govern your 2027 entry. Prior-year resources are kept separate to prevent accidental use of outdated instructions.
